Shipping Locations

Bamboo Zoo UK ships to the United Kingdom,and the European Union.

Please note that some products supplied by Panda Factory are available for delivery within the United Kingdom only. These items cannot be shipped internationally.

If an item is restricted to UK delivery, this will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees cover not only postage, but also packaging, handling, and fulfilment costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

Free Shipping
Orders £45.99 and above: Free

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

European Union

Standard International Shipping: £12.99

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

Please note that orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import VAT, duties, and handling fees. These charges are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

International Orders (Outside UK & Europe)

For countries outside our shipping zone (including Canada and other regions):

Instead:

  • Customers can still place orders via Pickup in Store only
  • Please select United Kingdom as Country/Region at checkout
  • Then choose Pickup option to complete your order

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products supplied by Panda Factory are only available for delivery within the United Kingdom.

If an order contains items that cannot be shipped internationally, customers outside the UK will be notified and the order may need to be adjusted or cancelled.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
