Something rather unusual happened last night. I locked the shop. Turned off the lights. Checked every shelf. Everything appeared perfectly ordinary. Or so I thought. This morning, I unlocked the door. And immediately noticed... the socks. There were far more than I remembered. Neatly arranged. Perfectly innocent. Almost... too innocent. Naturally, an investigation was opened. Suspect No. 1 The Panda Hua Hua Bouquet Socks. They looked sweet. Far too sweet. Covered in cheerful flowers, they seemed completely harmless. Yet I couldn't shake the feeling they were quietly encouraging the others. Suspect No. 2 The Panda Lucky Red Socks. Exceptionally confident. Very bright. Almost impossible to ignore. I suspect they believe good luck applies to avoiding interrogation. Suspect No. 3 The Panda & Bird Mismatched Socks. Curious pair. Always together. Always whispering. One panda. One bird. Clearly partners in... something. Evidence remains inconclusive. Suspect No. 4 The Panda Gift Box Socks. Presented themselves beautifully. Almost too beautifully. If I were organising a secret sock society, I imagine meetings would begin inside a gift box. After several hours of observation, I reached only one conclusion. These socks are not plotting world domination. They're simply waiting for the right feet to take them on their next adventure. Rather wholesome, for a secret society.
